Zellwork
Support
Most account tasks happen in the app. This page says where to go when something fails, and which email to use. Zellwork does not offer phone support or a live chat.
Account and sign-in
Sign-in is an email code. If a code does not arrive, check the spelling of the address and the spam folder, then request a new code. There is no password to reset.
If you cannot get into the account that owns a card, email support@zellwork.com from the address you used to sign up, and include the username. Support can only help when the message matches the account email or you can show you control it.

Cards and public links
Edit a card in the app and save it. The public page should show the saved version. A Personal Card is at zellwork.app/username. A Provider Card is at zellwork.app/provider/username. Plus is not required for either link.
If the public page is missing, the card may not be saved, Zellwork may have hidden it, or the account may be disabled. Hiding and disabling are moderation actions. They are not switches in your settings.
A link preview in Messages can lag behind the live card, and it can keep an older image until that app refreshes. Saving the card again updates what Zellwork serves. It does not force another app to drop its cache.
Home is separate from the public link. A saved Provider Card can be listed on Home until subscriptions are available. Removing it from Home does not delete the public provider link and does not cancel a payment, because there is no payment.
Reporting a card
Use Report on the card, or the form on the Reporting & Safety page. Include the username and the link. The form does not send you a tracking number. If you need to add context later, email support with the same link.
Privacy requests
Email privacy@zellwork.com to ask about the information on your account, to correct something you cannot edit, or to ask for deletion if the app will not open. You can also delete the account yourself. The Account Deletion page is the description of that process.
Deletion problems
If Settings says deletion failed, the account was not removed. Try again on a stable connection. If it fails twice, email support with the username and the time of the attempt. Do not create a second account and expect it to replace the first.
Security
If you think someone else used your email code, change access to that inbox, then email support@zellwork.com. If you found a weakness in the app or the site, email the same address with the steps to see it. Give Zellwork a reasonable chance to fix it before you describe it in public. Do not access another person’s account to prove the point.
Photos and uploads
Card images have to be image files, and each file has to be 5 megabytes or smaller. If an upload fails, check the file type and the size before you assume the account is broken. The public page shows the image after a successful save. A photo that is only on your camera roll is not on the card yet.
Zellwork does not offer a tool that strips camera metadata. If a photo carries a location in the file itself, consider that before you upload it.
What support cannot do
Support cannot verify a provider, hold a payment, reverse a job, or message another user for you. Those features are not in the product. Support also cannot promise that a report will remove a card. It can make sure the report is in the queue if the form failed.
Support cannot restore a deleted account. If the deletion succeeded, the cards are gone. If you are not sure it succeeded, say so in the email and include the username you used.
Legal inquiries
Copyright notices and other legal process go to legal@zellwork.com, not through the report form. The Copyright page lists what a notice should contain. There is no published street address yet.
What to include when you write
Include the username and say whether you mean the Personal Card or the Provider Card. If a public page looks wrong, paste the full link. If deletion failed, include the approximate time and the wording of the error. If you are writing about privacy, use the privacy address so it is not mixed with general product mail.
